A night at The Seattle Aquarium with The OatmealPosted November 27, 2013
Update: Sold Out!Tickets to this event sold out in only a few hours. Thanks to everyone who registered!
Join me on Wednesday, December 11th for an evening of booze, snacks, and sea creatures at the Seattle Aquarium!
The event starts at 7pm, and I’ll be giving a short talk about the mantis shrimp, angler fish, dolphins, and a few other awesome and/or horrible undersea wonders. Afterwards, Josh Mecouch, the author and artist behind the hilariously wonderful webcomic Formal Sweatpants will join us and do a short talk followed by some Q&A about cartooning, hairy chests, and shark testicles.
There will also be a live otter feeding taking place.
Anyone who attends will have full access to the aquarium, which we've completely reserved just for this event
so you won't be sharing it with the general public. Aquarium staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the exhibits.
We'll also have a merch booth set up, and both Josh and I will be signing merch and drawing doodles for people.
This event is all ages, but a ticket is required for everyone. Babes in arms get in free.
This is a ticketed event and the number of attendees is limited,
buy your tickets early! Sold out
