For those who are considering emailing me regarding my spelling comic:

Don't email me with words I "left out."

Given the size of the English language, the opportunity to misspell a word is huge. I chose 10 words I see the most often as being spelled incorrectly. Stop emailing me with additional words I should add. Please, for the love of Jesus-rollerblading-christ, just stop. I'm not amending the comic and 10 is a nice round number. Don't you like things that are round? Oranges are round, and so are planets - who doesn't like oranges and planetary bodies? Terrorists don't, that's who.

Don't scour my website for typos and then email them to me

I'm not a spelling or grammar nazi. Most of my comics focus on a central theme, such as coffee, cats, or pterodactyls. For this comic, I chose spelling. I chose words that were commonly being misspelled but shouldn't be (easy words).
Many people see this as an opportunity to make themselves feel smart by finding a typo on my website and pointing it out to me.

If you want to make yourself feel smart, go read a book. Don't email me, because I can tell you with complete, utter sincerity: I do not give a shit.
