I’m hiring a part-time graphic designer / web person in the Seattle area

3. Seriously, you must live in the Seattle area. This job is part-time so don’t offer to relocate.

4. You must provide a portfolio of things you’ve created, such as logos, websites, print items, and other designs.

5. You must know how to work in both web and print.

6. You must write a short letter explaining why you want to work for us. Or better yet, draw one.

Your primary responsibilities will be taking existing art and adapting it to a variety of mediums, such as t-shirts, banners, and other print items. You’ll also be performing website updates, which will include writing HTML, CSS, and other coding tasks. This position is part time and pay depends on experience. If you’re awesome at your job it’ll probably become full time. We are not accepting applications for people who live outside the Seattle area. You'll work from home but be required to meet in person once a week.

Print design (designing shirts, dealing with color, bleed, screens, pre-press work, etc)
